Today was Letter Detective Day in our Kindergarten classroom. Letter Detective Day is an active and fun way that we reinforce letters and their sounds in the classroom.
This afternoon, all of the learners became letter detectives and their special assignment was to find all 26 letters which were hidden around our classroom.
The learners each had a clipboard and pencil. As the learners located the missing letter, they wrote it down on their paper. It was a movement based activity and excellent literacy practice for our learners to practice reading and writing.

Tomorrow, the AM class will all become letter detectives and we will also explore our classroom looking for letters. I know they will love it too. Please enjoy some pictures of our learning.
Warm regards,
Mrs. Lai
